First off, I love how Choji, Shikamaru, and Ino are in front of us, but Naruto only asks Shikamaru for his help (little rude, but also shows the confidence he has in Shikamaru–who says ShikaNaru is one-sided?)
But then Shikamaru was like, “Sorry, man. I can’t just make a decision like that on my own.” (implying he has to think of his teammates first)
